Returns Policy

Please advise us of any issues as soon as possible and preferably within 24 hours of your goods arriving. All damages, shortfalls etc. should be noted on the carriers documents.

If you wish to return any parts, please notify us within at least seven days. All items being returned MUST be accompanied by a returns note issued by our office (Please call 01786 472850 to arrange this). It is not guaranteed that we can identify and therefore process the return of any items which are not accompanied by the correct paperwork.

Items which are specially fabricated and supplied to the customers specification cannot be returned.

Items that are not "normal" stock items and specially imported or sourced to the customers specification cannot be returned.

If a customer orders incorrect items, a return carriage is payable by the customer and MUST be accompanied by our returns note which will be issued by our office. In these situations we reserve a right to charge up to 20% restocking fee plus recovery of the original carriage costs if deemed applicable.

Once received, the items that have been returned will be inspected and if passed as fit for resale, a refund will be made.
